The Agitator Hour was a libertarian-oriented broadcast which ran for a couple years circa 2002. A Google Search will turn up several of the guest interviews. We always got a good chuckle from the program introduction.

Nevada's Nye County Commissioner Dick Carver made the cover of Time Magazine in 1995 because of his stand for local government. Here are two of his talks:

Although the Feds eventually brought civil action against Nye County, lawyers promptly changed the issue and lost the case. Dick Carver's issues have yet to be heard in a court of Law.
